Yes. You can create recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual dues schedules that invoice every unit automatically on the schedule you choose. You can also create one-off invoices for special assessments or move-in fees.

Yes. Configure a late-fee policy once (flat fee, percentage, or compounding) and NeibrPay applies it automatically when invoices pass their due date. You can also send automated past-due reminders.

Standard Stripe fees apply for card and ACH payments (e.g. 2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped for ACH). Zelle transfers are free. You can choose whether the HOA absorbs fees or passes them to the paying resident.

Yes. Residents can save a payment method and enable autopay from their owner portal. They get email confirmations on every charge and can turn autopay off at any time.
